This small African Begonia likes high humidity and even moisture
Sphagnum works well as a substrate.
I have found that this species does not like water sitting on the foliage, so it’s best if the leaves dry out relatively quickly after misting, or if you water at the roots and avoid spraying the plant.
It blooms prolifically with yellow flowers with orange-red blushing .
In bright light the plant may stay more compact and get some reddish coloration on the leaves.
It spreads by gradually growing outward and rooting along the stems, eventually creating large clumps.
It can be propagated by dividing/stem cuttings, as well as leaf cuttings.
